Order status description
This is a description of the order status so that you can better understand the status of the order after it is placed.
When you generate a new order, ANTDIY will synchronize the order from shopify, and the status will be displayed before you click [Place Order].
This is the status displayed after the order fails. After the order fails, the order can no longer be taken. You need to go to shopify to place the order again. The reason and solution for the order failure can be referred to this guide.
This status means that you click [Place Order] and the order is successfully placed, but the shipping order number has not been synchronized.
This is the state after the order is successfully placed and synchronized to the transport order number.
The order status displayed after AliExpress cancels the order.
This is the state where all the items in the order have been shipped. For example, there are 5 products in the order and the supplier ships 5 items.
This is the status when the number of shipments is not marked. For example, there are 5 products in the order, and the supplier ships 0.
This is the status when some of the products in the order have been shipped. For example, there are 5 items in the order, but the supplier only ships 1 item.
This is the state when shopify buyers only paid part of the products in the order.
This is the state when shopify buyers pay for all products in the store in full.
This is the status when shopify merchants partially refund the products in the order. For example, if there are two products in an order, only one product will be refunded.
The status when the shopify merchant has refunded the full amount.
